Caroline Lakins
As an Alabama Crimson Tide football fanatic, Caroline knows that training and practice are the keys to making it to the top. This passion is mirrored in the salon as she hones her skills though continued education with Toni and Guy and Enjoy training. Highlights are her favorite, but with eight years’ experience, she's especially skilled dry cutting curly hair and loves medium to long hair-styles. She spends her free time with her large family including her husband of three years and her 1 1/2 year old daughter. She's not ashamed to admit her guilty pleasure: reality television, but what she really loves is big hair. After all, the higher the hair, the closer to God.

Carrie Nardozzi
Back in her home state of California, it seemed everyone was blonde, and with sixteen years’ experience and training at Toni & Guy and Vidal Sassoon, Carrie knows how to put her personal spin on edgy California styles. Her favorite color is red, but when it comes to hair, her favorite color is the perfect shade of beautiful. The only thing that compares to the joy she gets from seeing her clients transform is her love of animals. In the past she proudly showed dogs and selflessly rescued animals. Now, she and her husband of a year, snuggle up with three dogs of their own. Her sport of choice is ice hockey and her product of choice is the Masque by Enjoy.

Lora Powell
It's hard to believe this youthful looking Indiana University graduate has over 20 years' experience, but thankfully, after traveling as an educator for Matrix and Logics and taking part in more educational events in this industry than one can count, Lora settled in with her songwriter husband and 3 awesome kids and opened Salon Blonde. She very much enjoys volunteering with her church and likes to unwind by painting and listening to the Beatles. She has been a stylist for several celebrities and knows how to make her clients feel like rock stars. Lora knows color like the back of her hand, and is thrilled to help her clients transform and change into the very best version of themselves. At the end of the day, all she wants is for her clients to feel beautiful.

Sarah Jean Eddy
There is nothing quite so blissful as being a newlywed, so when you see the giant grin on Sarah Jean's face, you'll know why! One may wonder if her new husband grins that much when she sings loudly, with total abandon, in the car with the windows down. This sold out fan of Jesus was recently educated in deconstruction cutting and loves cutting short hair. She's been trained in five different hair-color lines and has been a stylist for six years. She'll be running a 1/2 marathon this year; perhaps her sweet dogs, Saban (Roll Tide!) and Presley will cheer her on from the sidelines. Sarah Jean will be happy to talk to you about health and wellness, but what really gives her a thrill is making her clients look like bombshells!

After a decade of styling hair, Crystal Melton is well trained in cutting and coloring hair. But she thinks no cut or style will be a success without a good shampoo and conditioner. Her products of choice are Enjoy Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner. Who knew something so simple could make or break your style? Crystal is living the American dream; married to her high school sweetheart, they enjoy hiking, camping and gardening with their two children. When she isn't working on Do It Yourself home projects, she is volunteering for a non-profit that works with girls who have been rescued from human trafficking. Along with others, she works to help give them lasting freedom through programs that give them a skill for life - such as learning to cut hair. Is there anything Crystal can't do? Rell LeMay-Farris
Memphis native, Rell, is the Salon Coordinator. She's more than qualified to hold the team together. As a wife of eleven years and the mother of an eight and six year old, she's got plenty of practice multitasking. After a twelve year career as a competitive figure skater, she now teaches figure skating in her spare time at A Game Sportsplex. Maybe all that time on the cold ice inspired her to seek out the sun. After all, Miami is her favorite city. Rell also performs spray tanning for the salon, using Infinity Sun; a solution of all natural ingredients derived from walnuts to give her clients a beautiful, brown glow. Her hobbies are interior design and photography.
